Indoor Bootcamp 2025
Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!
Our bootcamps are small group exercise classes that mix traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, weight training and core work. Each location has a variety of props and equipment to utilize. Every class is different and designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Dates/Times: Mondays @ 5:30pm (starting Monday Jan 6th – Feb 3rd)
· 95 St. Clair (95 St. Clair West)
Dates/Times: Wednesdays @ 6pm (starting Wednesday, Jan 8th – Feb 5th)
· CARPIO (213 Geary St)
Dates/Times: Thursdays @ 7pm (starting Thursday, Jan 2nd – Jan 30th)
· CARPIO (213 Geary St)
Dates/Times: Saturdays @ 10am (starting Saturday, Jan 4th – Feb 1st)

Once registration is complete you will receive all of the class details.
Registration is mandatory. Please register ASAP so we are able to keep all times/locations. If class numbers are low the schedule is subject to change.
