Summer Bootcamp 2025
Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!
Our bootcamps are small group exercise classes that mix traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, weight training and core work. Each location has a variety of props and equipment to utilize. Every class is different and designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Outdoor Locations:
· Christie Pits Park (750 Bloor St W)
Dates/Times: Mondays @ 5:30pm (starting Monday, September 22nd – October 20th)
· Spadina Park (486 Davenport Rd)
Dates/Times: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm (starting Wednesday, September 17th – October 15th)
Indoor Locations:
· CARPIO (213 Geary St)
Dates/Times: Thursdays @ 7pm (starting Thursday, September 18th – October 16th)
· CARPIO (213 Geary St)
Dates/Times: Saturdays @ 10am (starting Saturday, September 20th – October 18th)

Once registration is complete you will receive all of the class details.
Registration is mandatory. Please register ASAP so we are able to keep all times/locations. If class numbers are low the schedule is subject to change.
