Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!

Urbancore’s outdoor bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training and weight training. Each park has a variety of props and equipment. Core work and stretching is also included in each session. Each class is different and pushes participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Wednesdays at 7pm

Trinity Bellwoods Park:

Mondays at 6pm

Lithuania Park:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm

Spadina Park:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm

Riverdale Park:

Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am
