Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!

Urbancore’s outdoor bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Each park location has a variety of props which are used, such as benches, hills and stairs, and mat work such as core, ground work and stretching is also incorporated. Each class is different and pushes participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.
