Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!
Our indoor bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, weight training and core work. Each location has a variety of props and equipment to utilize. Every class is different and designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Starting Monday March 18th – April 24th (5 weeks/20 available classes)
*Please note there will be no classes on April 4th or 6th

· Ferris 360 – 1910 Yonge St. Toronto (Yonge/Davisville)
Dates/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7:15pm
· Carpio Strength and Conditioning – 213 Geary Ave, Toronto (Dufferin/Dupont)
Dates/Times: Thursdays @ 7:30pm & Saturdays @ 10:30am

Registration is mandatory. Please register ASAP so we are able to keep all times/locations. If class numbers are low the schedule is subject to change.
