Bootcamp is a great option to stay fit and meet new people!
Our outdoor bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, weight training and core work. Each park has a variety of props and equipment to utilize. Every class is different and designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Registration is mandatory. Please register ASAP so we are able to keep all times/locations. If class numbers are low the schedule is subject to change.
