Urbancore’s indoor bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training and weight training. Each facility has a variety of props and equipment which include free weights, kettle bells, sleds, turf, battle ropes, squat racks and tires. Core work and stretching is also included in each session. Each class is different and pushes participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.
