Layered Learning

Our Special Programs are multi-session experiences designed for deeper exploration of personal growth and wellbeing. These programs run over several weeks, allowing participants to build skills, develop routines, and explore key themes in a more meaningful and sustained way.

From run clubs and meditation, breath, and stretch camps to seasonal alignment series and our Four Pillars of Resilience program, each experience is thoughtfully structured so learning and progress build from session to session. This format encourages consistency, connection, and long-term engagement, helping participants create habits and practices that extend beyond a single class or workshop.
