I have been training with Urbancore for almost 2 years now and it's the best thing I've ever done! On my own I will always find a reason to why I shouldn't or don't have the time to work out. I also don't have the time to put together a workout plan that is progressive and fun so that the time goes by quickly, but with the results I want to see! With more recently enrolling in the bootcamp classes I've been able to increase my cardio, muscle strength, flexibility and agility on top of my training results. I've been in the best shape of my life!!
