Samantha Megarry

Samantha's yoga classes focus on alignment, connection to breath, and moving in ways that feel good for your body.

Samantha first discovered yoga as a compliment to physical activities that were hard on her body (particularly running and lots of waitressing). For Samantha, yoga is self-care. Yoga reminds her to check in with her body, breath and spirit. Samantha feels privileged to have completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Duncan Parviainen and Kate Gillespie. She credits these two incredibly gifted teachers for inspiring her love of teaching, and her ability to effectively share what she loves about yoga with others. Off of the mat, Samantha is a theatre artist, and artist-educator at Young People’s Theatre.
