Martine began her 16 year fitness career as a yoga instructor, branching out to love all aspects of physical movement and health. Taking a particular interest in anatomy and causes of injury, she focuses on alignment and form to get the most out of the workouts; safely. Martine is currently focused on HIIT style classes and muscular endurance training, while incorporating her love for yoga. When she isn’t at the gym, you can find Martine on a stand-up paddleboard, or wherever vegan cinnamon buns are sold!
