In Heather's classes you can expect to move, sweat, and find the sweet balance between strength and flexibility. She encourages you to be playful, to not take yourself too seriously and move in tune with your own body and your own breath.

Heather’s love for yoga began in 2012. When she was lost and couldn’t find her path in life, yoga taught her to be present, to take time for self-care, and most importantly to love herself. Yoga is the connection to yourself through breath, intention and the ability to let go. Through her passion for this practice, she strives to share with the world an understanding of all the amazing aspects that yoga brings on and off the mat.
