Caitlin Smith

For Caitlin, fitness and yoga is an escape from our daily lives - an opportunity to explore our bodies and our minds. Taking time out of your day for yourself is the greatest gift and she loves being part of that in any way that she can for clients.

Caitlin has been a yoga instructor for 2 years, receiving her yoga teacher training certification in 2016. She grew up riding horses competitively and when she had to step away from that world fitness (yoga and bodybuilding) filled that void and allowed her the opportunity to grow in so many ways. She discovered new found strength, new confidence and 2 years ago she left the corporate world behind and broke off on her own.
Caitlin is also a personal trainer, training clients on an individual basis and in group setting for the last 3 years. She firmly believes in finding balance in your life and that you don’t have to restrict yourself. Embrace all aspects, seize the day and even have that piece of cake. Fitness should fit into your lifestyle and not the other way around.
