Fusing mediation, breath work, yin and vinyasa styles of moving Alexa encourages the practitioner to feel safer and more comfortable in their own skin. 

Alexa’s focus on Ahimsa or non-violence allows her teaching to be accessible to large groups of people through many ages and stages.  Using precise cues and sequencing that feels good in your body, Alexa hopes to bridge the gap between body and mind created in states of overwhelm.
