Yoga Sessions

UrbanCore offers a number of indoor and outdoor yoga classes at various locations across the City.

Classes are conducted weekly as part of a 6 week program (with an additional week added in case you have to miss a class). Depending on your schedule, you can sign up for one, two, three or four classes per week. We’ll help you find a starting point that’s comfortable for you and work from there.

Why yoga?
