Sue Bedford

Debbie's classes focus on playful sequencing, creative cues, and proper alignment, and cater to all levels.

After 15 years of practicing yoga, Sue Bedford attained her RYT-200 through School Yoga Institute on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in 2015. She taught full-time (power, vinyasa, hatha, and yin) in Vancouver for two years before returning home to Toronto. Her classes focus on playful sequencing, creative cues, and proper alignment, and cater to all levels. Sue is also an avid backpacker and the author of the travelogue It’s Only the Himalayas and Other Tales of Miscalculation from an Overconfident Backpacker. She is currently completing her psychology degree.
