Yoga has been a part of Nikki’s life since 2009. Prior to becoming an instructor Nikki worked long hours in the high intensity restaurant industry fulfilling her passion for cooking. During this time, she began practicing yoga and began to experience the profound calming effect on her lifestyle.

Yoga allowed her to balance and a realization that inspired Nikki to pursue a teacher training program with the hopes to guide others in discovering the same benefits yoga had brought to her life. Nikki now brings her outgoing and friendly personality to her students focusing on breath work, body alignment, posture and flexibility through Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Yin Yoga.
