LISA

Lisa is a certified Yoga and Fitness Instructor. She discovered yoga in 2009, and immediately fell in love with the connection of breath, movement, and the mind. Her classes encourage building strength, balance, and flexibility of both the mind and the physical body.

Lisa is a certified Yoga and Fitness Instructor. She discovered yoga in 2009, and immediately fell in love with the connection of breath, movement, and the mind. After completing the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at OCAD University and Yoga Teacher Training, she decided that the combination of art and the human body was her passion. She creates sequences that creatively, and deeply move the body while focusing on breath, proper posture and combining movements to lengthen and lean out muscle groups. Her classes encourage building strength, balance, and flexibility of both the mind and the physical body. Lisa teaches Vinyasa, Power and Hatha yoga as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor Boot Camp and Muscle Conditioning classes. With her cheerful personality her classes are both fun and challenging with new routines each class.
