Joël Jones (RYT-200 + CNP) is a Toronto based Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga teacher. Joël was motivated to become a wellness practitioner while trying to heal herself from a range of stress related health issues including weigh gain, anxiety and blood sugar regulation problems.
Joël enjoys working with clients with diverse backgrounds who want to make a positive change mentally, physically and spiritually. She prides herself on meeting her clients wherever they currently are on their health/wellness journey and develops a sustainable lifestyle plan to get them where they need and would like to be. Her plans include food preparation resources, with an emphasis on making it delicious; Incorporating effective stress management techniques; and lifestyle recommendations that make adding physical activity to anyone’s schedule enjoyable.
