Although Janice was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, she quickly learned that the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits derived from a regular yoga practice were equally as rewarding. While working in the mental health sector, Janice found yoga to be a wonderful compliment to the therapeutic work she was doing with clients.

Janice completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, and has since been combining her passions and experience to support people on their wellness journeys.
