Devan Carlsen

Devan fell in love with Yoga while studying Food & Nutrition at Western University in 2012. Her classes incorporate aspects of Ashtanga, Power, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Prana Flow. Focusing on safety, alignment, and breath, the goal for all of the classes she teaches is to have fun and feel good.

Devan fell in love with Yoga while studying Food & Nutrition at Western University in 2012. Yoga created a stronger, healthier and less-stressed version of herself, and she was inspired to do her 200hr Hybrid Flow Teacher Training a year later. While coaching her nutrition clients she found a huge connection between mindfulness and how yoga helped her overcome her own body insecurities.

Her classes incorporate aspects of Ashtanga, Power, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Prana Flow. Focusing on safety, alignment, and breath, the goal for all of the classes she teaches is to have fun and feel good. Providing hands on adjustments, modifications and using inspiration from the elements (fire, water, earth, air), she ensures all students receive the benefits from yoga, regardless of their experience level.
