Our outdoor bootcamp programs focus on each of the body’s varying major muscle groups, while providing a concentrated core training approach (circuit training).

Circuit training is a combination of strength training and endurance training. In a circuit training workout you complete a group, or circuit, of exercises with little or no rest in-between. Usually, one circuit consists of 6 to 10 exercises. Each exercise is performed for a set number of repetitions or period of time before moving to the next exercise. Depending on your fitness level, you might complete one circuit or several circuits during each workout. Our outdoor classes also utilize props in the area such as hills, stairs, benches and bands brought by the instructors.



Outdoor Bootcamp – 2018 Schedule:

Riverdale Park (starts May 8th) – Tuesdays (6p.m.) and Saturdays (10:30a.m.)

Christie Pitts (starts May 7th) – Mondays and Wednesdays (7p.m.)

Trinity Bellwoods (starts May 7th) – Mondays and Wednesdays (6p.m.)

Spadina Park (starts May 8th) – Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:30pm)

High Park (starts May 8th) – Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:30p.m.)

Coronation Park (starts May 9th) – Wednesdays (7p.m.) and Saturdays (11a.m.)
Eglinton Park (starts May 14th) – Wednesdays (7p.m.) and Thursdays (7p.m.)

Cost: $59/person for 10 classes OR $99/person for unlimited classes
