Outdoor Boot Camp Programs

This class focuses on each of the body’s varying major muscle groups, while providing a concentrated core training approach.

Circuit training is a combination of strength training and endurance training. In a circuit-training workout you complete a group, or circuit, of exercises with little or no rest in-between. Usually, one circuit consists of 6 to 10 exercises. Each exercise is performed for a set number of repetitions or period of time before moving to the next exercise. Depending on your fitness level, you might complete one circuit or several circuits during each workout. Our outdoor classes also utilize props in the area such as hills, stairs, benches and bands brought by the instructors.

Spadina Park (starts May 8th) – Tues and Thurs 6:30pm
High Park (starts May 8th) – Tues and Thurs 6:30pm
Cornation Park (starts May 9th) – Wed 7pm and Sat 11am
